We take pride in the quality and freshness of our matcha. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Due to the perishable nature of matcha, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected.
