Simple Steps. Stunning Results.
Add 1 tsp (2g) of Jomi matcha to your cup or bowl
Optional: Add your choice of sweetener or flavour (vanilla, honey, maple syrup, etc.)
Pour in a small amount of warm water (max 80°C)
Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until a vibrant foam appears
Top with hot milk for a latte or cold milk & ice for an iced matcha
Pro tip: Don't blend last — whisk first, then add milk. This creates a natural foam that shows off the quality and gives a beautifully layered finish.
